We're looking for a talented
Project Manager to join our team. This position will support a complex government client and will require planning, execution, and delivery of projects by coordinating teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Work Location:
Hybrid – A mix of onsite and remote work.
Clearance:
Must be US citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead IT projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
- Develop project plans, schedules, risk registers, and stakeholder communications.
- Facilitate meetings, track milestones, and provide executive-level reporting.
- Coordinate with technical teams, clients, and leadership to ensure alignment with goals.
- Manage contract deliverables and ensure compliance with federal requirements.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- 7+ years of project management experience in IT environments.
- Proven success managing federal or DoD IT projects.
- Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, or similar).
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related discipline.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
- ITIL v4 certification.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
