We're looking for talented Help Desk Operators to join our team in Clinton, TN metro area. This position will support a complex government client and will require Tier I technical support to end users by diagnosing issues and guiding them through step-by-step solutions. Must be able to support a 24/7/365 service desk.
Work Location:
Onsite – Work from one of our office locations.
Clearance:
Must be US citizen with the ability to obtain a TSA Public Trust / EOD security clearance.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to equipment, software, hardware, and network malfunctions, following established operating procedures.

Capable of diagnosing, resolving, or escalating technical issues as needed in accordance with support guidelines.

Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating technical solutions clearly, managing issues with empathy and professionalism, and maintaining a positive, solution-focused approach.
Required Knowledge and Experience:

Prior call center experience.
