System Engineer

We're looking for a talented System Engineer to join our team. This position will support a complex government client and will require designing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance across organizational operations.

Work Location:
Onsite – Work from one of our office locations.

Clearance: 
Must be US citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities: 
  • Design and implement secure, scalable system architectures.
  • Conduct requirements analysis and system assessments.
  • Integrate hardware, software, and network components into cohesive solutions.
  • Support lifecycle activities from planning through deployment and sustainment.
  • Ensure system compliance with government cybersecurity frameworks.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
  • 7+ years of experience in systems engineering.
  • Strong understanding of system design, integration, and performance tuning.
  • Experience with federal compliance (NIST, RMF, DoD STIGs).
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • DoD 8570-compliant certification (Security+, CISSP, or similar).
  • INCOSE CSEP certification (preferred).
