Help Desk Technician

We're looking for a talented Help Desk Technician to join our team. This position will support a complex government client and will require technical support by responding to user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution of IT-related problems. 

Work Location:
Onsite – Work from one of our office locations.

Clearance: 
Must be US citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities: 
  • Serve as the first point of contact for end users requiring technical support.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Document issues and resolutions in ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support teams.
  • Maintain knowledge base articles and support documentation.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
  • 3+ years of IT help desk or technical support experience.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
