We have an immediate (on-site) Help Desk Operator position in Clinton, TN. If you join our team in this role, you will provide tier I technical
assistance to end users by performing problem diagnosis and guidance through step-by-step solutions. You must be able to support a 24/7/365 service desk.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- High School Diploma.
- 0-2 years related experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot the following types of technical issues in accordance with operating instructions: equipment, software, hardware, and network malfunctions.
- Provide diagnosis, resolution, and/or escalate technical issues in accordance with operating instructions.
Preferred Education, Skills, Experience:
- Strong background utilizing MS Office Products.
- Excels in multi-tasking.
- Working knowledge of IT infrastructure/hardware.
- Exceptional communication skills
Clearance:
Must be able to obtain favorable Entry on Duty (EOD) clearance which includes an extensive government background investigation into the following areas:
- Criminal history
- Financial status
- Known associates
- Work history
- Medical release
