Job Description and Responsibilities:
  • Serves as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting all IT related problems.
  • Support entails resolving hardware/software computing issues/requests remotely via telephone and remote tools.
  • Provides technical support to users for moderately complex computer related technical problems on a primary account
  • Enters tickets into the call tracking tool; ensures information is accurate, prioritized and assigned to a queue
  
Qualifications:
  • Prior service desk & desktop support experience
  • Experience supporting software and hardware in a networked computing environment
  • Experience with supporting customers remotely
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, MS Exchange and Remedy, 
  • Experience supporting Windows XP, 10, MS Office, Blackberry Devices
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (particularly phone skills and etiquette)
  • Experience with Remedy
