Job Description and Responsibilities:
  • Engages in recruiting effort to support full-time and contract technical hires to support our federal consulting practice and federal services recruiting clients.
  • Maintains a thorough understanding of technical job descriptions and requirements in order to source the best matching candidates for nationwide job openings.
  • Develops and posts position descriptions to advertise job openings to best identify and attract high quality, cost-competitive candidates on recruiter networks, job sites, social media and at special recruiting events, as warranted.
  • Pursues active and passive candidates using traditional tools, databases and techniques; evaluates candidate technical qualifications, and conducts pre-screen interviews to assess candidate experience, skills, training, availability, interest level, and salary requirements.
  • Maintains constructive communications with applicants during submission and interview cycles.
  • Proactively builds ApplyLogic talent pipeline and network of potential candidates by identifying, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates for future needs.
  • Develops proactive strategies to continuously improve recruiting results.
  • Maintains appropriate records, creates and maintains tracking reports summarizing work accomplished.
 
Qualifications:
  • Superior telephone and email communication skills with ability to interact with all levels of clients, candidates and hiring managers both inside and outside the company.
  • Team player with a high energy, self-motivated, positive and winning attitude.
  • Full life-cycle recruiting workflow.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is CATS.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow documented business processes.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and the Internet.

Education and Experience:
  • 0-2 years’ full-time experience
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent additional related experience (preferred)
